人間は争いというものが日常生活につきものであると考えているが、それは競争や嫉妬、貪欲、利欲心、攻撃性などが人生の自然な姿だと思っているからだ。こうした生き方をそのまま容認する時、我々は社会の機構もそのまま受け入れ、世間的体面という枠の中で生きることになる。
